Poster Presenters
Set-Up / Removal
There are two Poster Sessions during the Meeting and posters have been allocated to one of the sessions based on poster themes. Poster presenters must set-up and remove their posters during the following times (push pins will be provided):
Poster Session 1:
Thursday, September 10, 2020
Poster Set-up:
Thursday, September 10: 8:00am
Poster Hours:
5:00-7:00pm
Removal of all posters by:
8pm on September 10
Poster Session 2:
Friday, September 11, 2020
Poster Set Up:
Friday, September 11, 8:00am
Poster Hours:
5:00-7:00pm
Removal of all posters by:
8pm on September 11
Poster Guidelines
- Please ensure your poster measures no larger than 36” high x 48” wide or 91.4 cm high x 121.9 cm wide
- Keep text to a minimum
- Ensure text is in large font
- Use graphs, charts, and/or tables
- Ensure contents have a logical flow
- Use the push pins provided to affix your poster to the display board
- Make it colorful
Removal and collection of posters at the end of the display period remains the responsibility of the author(s). Posters not removed by the indicated take down time will be removed by meeting staff
