The University of Iowa is recruiting postdoctoral fellows to participate in a training program and work in the lab of a mentor at the University of Iowa performing research in neuroscience, computational, molecular, and other components of psychiatric disorders for up to two years funded as part of an NIMH T32 program. The INSPIRE Postdoctoral Fellowship seeks to advance the careers of promising early career scientists who will contribute substantially to research in mental health. T32 supported fellows have to be eligible for the NIH NRSA program by virtue of holding US citizenship or a green card. They may be pursuing this research on psychiatric disorders after a doctorate degree of almost any kind (MD, PhD, PharmD, DVM, DMD, DPH, etc.).
