Professors Arielle Baskin-Sommers, BJ Casey, and Dylan Gee are seeking a full-time research assistant to begin January 2022 at Yale.  The role of the research assistant will be to help facilitate the multisite Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development study examining environmental and genetic factors that influence behavioral and brain development throughout adolescence.

The ideal candidate will hold a B.A./B.S. in a related field such as psychology, neuroscience, or computer science with brain imaging experience.  Candidates are expected to have experience working with human participants from the community, especially youth or families, and demonstrated ability with Unix commands, brain imaging software (e.g., FSL, AFNI, SPM, or similar), and programming cognitive tasks in E-Prime or similar.  The position will involve running all aspects of the study including scheduling, assessing and scanning participants, and basic data processing and analysis.
